• At Cross Cultural Languages, we do not believe language learning should rely on memorization or generic courses. Role Description This is a remote, part-time role for an English Teacher / English Communication Coach.

The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized, high-quality English lessons for adults, professionals, and corporate teams. Responsibilities include lesson planning, progress tracking, feedback delivery, student evaluation, and adapting classes to real communication needs and professional objectives.

Teachers are expected to create engaging and structured learning environments that help students build confidence, fluency, and practical communication skills — not just grammatical knowledge.

All teachers receive training in the Cross Cultural Languages methodology and are expected to learn, apply, and follow our teaching approach consistently across programs and student interactions.

We are looking for educators who value structure, pedagogy, communication, and long-term student transformation over repetitive or generic teaching methods.

Qualifications • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 minimum)

• Experience teaching English to adults, professionals, or non-native speakers
• Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
• Strong organizational skills and responsibility in remote work environments
• Comfortable using technology for online teaching
• Openness to training, feedback, and continuous professional development
• Willingness to learn and implement the Cross Cultural Languages methodology

Degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, English, or related fields

• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or similar certifications
• Experience with corporate training or exam preparation
• Experience using Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, Notion, or AI tools such as ChatGPT to support lesson planning and student engagement
