This role plays a key part within the United States financial services, focusing on supporting financial results through automation, process improvement, and control. It provides strategic support for decision-making related to administrative expenses by collaborating with internal clients, presenting ideas clearly and concretely, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the business. Accounting acumen – Accrual & reclassifications posting and management; Financial acumen – Bridges, variation, trends, and analysis generation & presentation; active participation in Budget and Forecast processes.
Ensure that the company DOA is being followed – Purchase Requisition Approvals.
Enforce Internal Control and best practices – Help as a point of reference for other parties on the best courses of action.
Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Desired master’s degree in finance or accounting.

Advanced English proficiency.

Proficiency in SAP.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Strong knowledge of SAP (Accruals, reports).
able to work independently, including remotely.
In-depth understanding of financial accounting processes and financial statements.

Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and big data management.
Project management certification.
