Finance & Insurance Manager

Our Finance & Insurance（F&I）Supervisor will have the mission of ensuring compliance with the comprehensive development of the ZEEKR brand, in the permanent search to maximize the growth opportunities of both brands based on the fundamental pillar of the experience of our customers. Among the main responsibilities are:

• Comply with the budget for ZEEKR light vehicles with the variables of Volume, Margin and age of Stock.
• Ensure compliance with ZEEKR, mainly associated with backups and provisions.
• Ensure faithful compliance with the Image manual developed for ZEEKR.
• Maintain a direct relationship with the operators, ensuring that the profitability of the franchise is maximized, through weekly meetings and monthly closing presentation with the KPIs of sales, credit, insurance, stock, Reputation and all the variables of the digital channel.
• Improve the added value offer, creating and incorporating new products for our clients.
• Manage and ensure compliance with Financing and Insurance objectives, along with being the direct channel of communication with our strategic allies.
• Schedule on-site training for sellers within the Dealer Network and be a relevant actor in all activities related to the Product.

We will match if you meet the following requirements:

• Professionals in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience of at least 2 years in similar positions, leading work teams
• Advanced use of MS Office.
• Client portfolio management.
