Reporting into the demand generation function, you will manage daily execution and optimization of our paid programs across search and social. You will partner with multiple teams, including Marketing Ops, Analytics, Content/Creative, Web, Sales Development, and Revenue Ops. You will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing.Manage performance across paid channels. Manage and improve paid search and paid social programs (always-on and campaigns), including keyword / audience strategy, bidding, budgets, and ad structure.Align conversion strategy to funnel stages (MQLs, SQLs, SAOs and pipeline), partnering with stakeholders including sales and marketing to improve quality and acceptance rules.Run a disciplined testing roadmap. Partner with the web/UX and content teams to improve landing page relevance, speed, form performance, and post-click experience.Build campaign QA, naming conventions, change logs, budgets, pacing, and weekly performance reviews; Product clear performance insights.
