Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

Drive the prioritization, documentation and delivery of ideas for growth marketing initiative.

Conceptualize and research growth marketing opportunities in support of the mission and vision for growth.

Consistently challenge and seek to improve the customer experience through the use of marketing technology and engagement strategies.

A growth mindset, collaboration, attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.

Help drive best practices within the Marketing Automation platform and surrounding marketing technology solutions.

Onboard and adopt new engagement technologies to drive enrollment.

Attendance, punctuality, reliability and onsite presence are essential functions of this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a performance marketing role
• 4+ years in a growth marketing role
• 4+ years of experience managing Marketing Technology solutions
• 3+ years of marketing automation experience
• 3+ years of CRM experience (Preferably Salesforce)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable
• Ability to understand and anticipate dependencies across complex systems
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes to business stakeholders
• Motivated learner eager to take on new systems and challenges
• Problem solver

Preferred Qualifications:

• Development experience
• Digital marketing experience
• Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
• 3+ years in the B2C space
