Remote Technical Project Manager

Job Title - Sr Technical Project Manager
Location - Remote in Mexico
Role Type - 6-Month Contract
Strong enterprise-level Technical Project Management experience managing multiple concurrent, matrixed projects across global teams and stakeholders
Proven experience leading SaaS / Cloud implementation projects utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Executive-level stakeholder management and communication experience across North America and APJ regions
Hands-on technical project management background within cybersecurity or infrastructure environments
Strong change management, requirements gathering, and business process mapping experience
Experience using Jira and Agile project management tools
Manage multiple complex technical projects simultaneously across global teams and stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, communications, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate project execution with business leaders, technical teams, executives, and external partners
Drive SaaS and cloud implementation projects from initiation through delivery
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive updates, and change management sessions
Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues while driving resolutions and escalations when necessary
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to quality expectations
Support end-user communication, training coordination, and organizational change management efforts
Utilize Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project to manage project execution
Partner with technical resources on cybersecurity and infrastructure-focused initiatives including cloud and Zscaler-related projects
