Product Owner (Healthcare)

Company Description We are an innovator in the healthcare industry, revolutionizing technology with the Platform Solution. Our offerings include a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS), Compliance Training, and Managed Services for Credentialing and Compliance Management. This is a remote position based in Mexico. We don’t believe great product leadership is defined by titles alone, whether you’ve been a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, what matters is your ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, translate complex requirements into actionable specifications, and collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver outcomes aligned with user needs and business priorities.
This is a senior product ownership role: we expect you to bring strategic thinking and help shape the long-term direction of our platform. At the same time, it’s important to note that the position is also 100% operative, you’ll be directly involved in backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and day-to-day collaboration with engineers and designers. Lead discovery efforts: uncover user needs and pain points through research and data analysis.
Facilitate solution reviews, define test plans, and support rollout activities (documentation, internal training, release notes).
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS (preferably B2B or regulated industries).
- Deep knowledge of agile/scrum and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
- Skilled in roadmap planning, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
Proficient in collaboration tools (Google Suite, Figma, Slack, etc.).
Comfortable working with remote, globally distributed teams.
