Production Planning Coordinator

The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Your contribution :

Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to quality standards.
Align resources, monitor schedules, and adjust workflows to meet production targets and optimize output.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Enforce workplace safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safety-first culture.
Ensure all products meet company and industry standards, working closely with quality teams to address any deviations.

Your profile:

English ADVANCED
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing or production
Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and team management.
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and EHS
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
