Business Manager Aftersales

As a Business Manager Aftersales, your responsibilities will be:

  • Meet sales targets and maintain market share.
  • Assist the dealer in implementing initiatives to increase customer pay business.
  • Focus on processes and performance at the Service lane.
  • Search for promotions and market opportunities to bring customers to the service lane.
  • Incorporate aftermarket initiatives within the overall business plan for the distributor.
  • Support dealers with RIM to optimize and meet required targets for compliance.
  • Promote and include dealers in the marketing plan as a guide for increasing customer retention.
  • Improve customer retention and ensure information is shared by dealers through DDS.
  • Incorporate the concept of customer retention in the overall business plan for the distributor.
  • Guide the integration of Aftersales as one whole team (parts and service).
  • Promote participation and effective use by the dealer in GMM retention initiatives: BDC and marketing strategies.
  • Support the initiative of Outstanding Customer Experience (OCE) and improve NPS.
  • Support the implementation of the standard GMM operation and facilities.
  • Ensure staff aftermarket distributors are trained and certified.
  • Represent GMM and its brands as an ambassador.
  • Implement job control.
  • Maximize the profitability of the distributor.
  • Assist the dealer in identifying areas to improve profitability through business processes.
  • Ensure the dealer takes advantage of rebates and incentives available.
  • Develop plans to improve the performance of the distributor in the scorecard.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Previous experience in automotive industry as Business Manager or District Sales Manager preferred.
  • Experience in project management and value proposition development.

Education

Industrial Engineering, Bachelor in Business or a related degree.

Languages

Proficiency in English is required. This role requires communication conducted in English and the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.

Working Conditions

Hybrid role: 3 days on site and 2 days remote each week, full-time.
