1. 协助制定并执行南美市场的销售计划，以实现当地的销售目标；
2. 开展销售活动，开拓南美市场，挖掘新客户线索；
3. 维护并加强客户关系，提升客户满意度和忠诚度；
4. 及时处理客户投诉，保护公司品牌声誉；
5. 定期准备销售报告并提供市场洞察，以支持业务决策；
6. 与市场部、客服部及其他部门协作，执行销售相关任务。

• 流利的西语和英语（书面及口语）；
• 具备销售或业务拓展方面的成熟经验；
• 优秀的沟通、协调和领导能力；能独立工作也能团队合作；
• 熟练掌握销售技巧和本地市场策略，具有较强的适应能力和学习能力；
• 愿意在南美市场长期发展，具有强烈的责任心和执行力。

I. Core Responsibilities

1.Assist in developing and implementing the sales plan in South America to achieve local sales targets;

2.Conduct sales activities, explore the South America market, and generate new customer leads;

3.Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty;

4.Handle customer complaints promptly to protect the company's brand reputation;

5.Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to support business decision-making;

6.Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to execute sales-related tasks.

II. Requirements

1. Essential:

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken;
• Proven experience in sales or business development;
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills; able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficient in sales techniques and local market strategies, with strong adaptability and learning ability;
• Willing to develop a long-term career in the South America market, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution capability.

1. Preferred:

• Experience preferably in the South America market.
• Has legal residence status in South America.
