KAM Contract Logistics

Responsable gestionar, desarrollar y hacer crecer estratégicamente las cuentas asignadas, asegurando altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente, retención de ingresos y expansión del negocio mediante la identificación de oportunidades comerciales, optimización de soluciones logísticas y ejecución de iniciativas de valor agregado.
Principales responsabilidades
- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de acuerdos y compromisos comerciales con clientes.
- Monitorear indicadores de desempeño relacionados con el servicio y atención de cuentas asignadas.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo comercial dentro de las cuentas existentes.
- Coordinarse con áreas internas para asegurar una correcta ejecución operativa y solución oportuna de incidencias.
- Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos sobre desempeño de cuentas, análisis comerciales y oportunidades de mejora.
- Participar en procesos de negociación y renovación de acuerdos comerciales.
- Mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva con clientes clave para fortalecer relaciones de largo plazo.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Administración, Logística o afín.
- Inglés avanzado, con capacidad para participar en reuniones y presentaciones ejecutivas indispensable.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en el sector logístico (3PL), especificamente en el manejo de cuentas Key Account indispensable.
- Experiencia en entornos B2B y contratos complejos
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y análisis de información.
- Deseable experiencia utilizando sistemas ERP o CRM.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
