About Lumysi

Lumysi is a wearable technology company creating health and wellness products designed to feel as good as they look.

We are building a brand at the intersection of fashion, wellness and technology .

Following our successful crowdfunding launches, we are entering our next stage of growth and are looking for a Brand Specialist to help shape how Lumysi looks, feels and communicates across every customer touchpoint.

The Role

We are looking for someone creative, organized and highly hands-on who can help bring the Lumysi brand to life.

You will be responsible for managing our day-to-day social media presence, coordinating with creative and marketing agencies, organizing photo and video productions, and ensuring that everything we publish stays consistent with our brand.

This is not a role where you simply schedule posts.

We want someone who understands aesthetics, culture, social media and storytelling, and who is excited to be involved in the actual creation of the brand.

What You'll Do

• Manage Lumysi's social media channels and day-to-day content execution
• Help develop and manage the monthly social media and content calendar
• Create, coordinate and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Coordinate with external creative, PR, marketing and performance agencies
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, models, locations, products and production logistics
• Develop creative briefs and ensure external partners understand the Lumysi brand
• Support the production of short-form video, product content, lifestyle content and campaign assets
• Identify social media trends and translate relevant ones into Lumysi content
• Maintain consistency across brand visuals, messaging and tone of voice
• Support influencer and creator collaborations
• Help organize product launches, campaigns and special brand initiatives
• Work closely with the founders and internal team on new creative ideas and campaigns
• Track social media performance and use results to continuously improve content

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in branding, social media, content, marketing or a related role
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media formats
• Excellent visual taste and attention to detail
• Comfortable coordinating photo and video productions
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage several external partners and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Proactive and able to take ownership instead of waiting for detailed instructions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Must currently live in Monterrey, Nuevo León

Nice to Have

• Experience with fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle or consumer brands
• Experience working with influencers or content creators
• Basic photo or video editing skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar tools
• Experience coordinating agencies or freelance creatives
• Interest in fashion, wellness, fitness and wearable technology
