Jefe de Relaciones Laborales
Comercial de Carnes Frias del Norte
Objetivo
Asegurar la protección legal en materia laboral hacia la empresa.
Funciones
- Aplicación del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo en toda la organización.
- Asegurar actualización de contratos laborales periódicamente.
- Respuesta inmediata a toda solicitud de trabajo: actas administrativas, suspensiones, termino de contratos y documentos de hechos y evidencias.
- Seguimiento eficiente a citatorios de conciliación y arbitraje por demandas laborales.
- Envió diario de logros y resultados.
- Dotar de soporte legal a las determinaciones que se tomen sobre el manejo del recurso humano.
- Emitir recomendaciones para la implementación de políticas de trabajo.
- Armonizar las actividades de la empresa a la normatividad aplicable.
- Controlar los riesgos de conflictos con el personal.
