Horario de trabajo :
de lunes a viernes 7:00 a 16:00 horas
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Medicina.
- Especialidad en urgencias
- (Consejo vigente)
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un puesto de liderazgo en un entorno hospitalario.
- Amplia comprensión de los procedimientos y protocolos de atención de urgencias.
- Completa disponibilidad de horario
Funciones:
- Planificar, dirigir y coordinar las operaciones diarias del departamento de urgencias.
- Supervisar al personal médico y no médico, incluidos médicos, enfermeras y técnicos.
- Garantizar la prestación de atención médica de alta calidad y el cumplimiento de los estándares y protocolos establecidos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos y especialistas para garantizar una atención integral al paciente.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones efectivas con los miembros del equipo, los pacientes y sus familias.
