Customer Service Representative (San Juan del Río)

Job Summary

Provide commercial support for inside sales, order services, manufacturing reps/agents, and customers by preparing quotations/proposals and responding to customer order requests.

Job Responsibilities

• A. Provide primary support for proposal and quotation creation.
• B. Support order management activities for end customers, distributors and manufacturing agents.
• C. Deliver exceptional internal and external Customer Service by meeting or exceeding SLA response times on all activities.
• D. Identify and implement process improvements.
• E. Facilitate proper and efficient information and communication flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division-wide performance expectations.
• F. Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring diligence to detail and accuracy.
• G. Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
• H. Ability to constructively manage and communicate conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution.
• I. Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow.
• J. Demonstrates understanding of business acumen, including the process, strategy and professional communication.
• K. Demonstrates technical knowledge and understanding of products and services.
• L. Enter and manage customer courtesy returns in order to meet customer needs.
• M. Perform other administrative activities as needed by the business.
• N. Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

Qualifications

Education level required

• Bachelor's degree necessary.

Years and area of experience required

• Minimum 1 year customer interaction/support experience.

Technical knowledge

• Knowledge of CRM software and SAP or VISTA.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email, internet).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Vista, VOTW and Mentor software.
• Ability to speak, read, listen and write in English.
