Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Frontline Jr. Recruiter focused on high-volume hiring, you will play a key role in managing the hiring process for PepsiCo. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders to support frontline hiring operation across the United States, including ATS administration, hiring manager support, candidate tracking, and process coordination.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• 1+ Years of Experienceof frontline or high-volume recruitment experience.
• Analytical Skills
• Organizational & Time Management Skills
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
• Adaptability & Flexibility
• Results Orientation
• Fluency in English
