Lead, Financial Accounting & Reporting - LatAm

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Senior GA Leader for LatAm based in Mexico. You will guide the General Accounting team, ensure robust internal controls and drive end-to-end close processes across LatAm including Mexico, MCCA and Andean regions.

Lead strategic finance initiatives, manage cross-functional collaborations with SFO, Corporate and BU teams, and sponsor continuous improvements to accounting processes. A strong transformation mindset is required.
