Regulatory Compliance Manager

Objetivo del puesto:
Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio y anticorrupción del negocio mediante la identificación, gestión y mitigación de riesgos legales y normativos, actuando de forma preventiva y como enlace estratégico con autoridades, proveedores y áreas internas.
Principales Funciones:
- Monitorear el entorno regulatorio y normativo aplicable al negocio, identificando riesgos, alertas (flags) y acciones de mitigación.
- Proporcionar orientación al negocio sobre leyes, normativas y regulaciones aplicables a las operaciones, excluyendo temas ambientales cuando aplique.
- Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar programas de cumplimiento regulatorio que aseguren la operación dentro del marco legal vigente.
- Consolidar y mantener actualizado el inventario regulatorio (leyes, Normas Oficiales Mexicanas y disposiciones aplicables).
- Diseñar, documentar, actualizar y estandarizar procesos y políticas de cumplimiento inexistentes o desactualizados.
- Identificar brechas de procesos y proponer soluciones que permitan reducir riesgos legales y regulatorios.
- Atender sectores y actividades reguladas específicas del negocio, tales como logística, productos de marca propia, etiquetado, comercio exterior y residuos de manejo especial.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento en materia de etiquetado ante autoridades correspondientes, incluyendo productos a granel.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de requisitos de comercio exterior, como padrones de importadores y obligaciones relacionadas.
- Identificar, evaluar y gestionar riesgos legales, regulatorios y de cumplimiento, proponiendo estrategias preventivas y correctivas.
- Actuar como enlace con autoridades regulatorias durante inspecciones, auditorías y procesos relacionados con NOMS y demás regulaciones aplicables.
- Coordinar y supervisar programas de capacitación y vigilancia en cumplimiento normativo para asociados y terceros clave.
- Asegurar la observancia de la política global de FCPA, FTOs, AML y recursos de procedencia ilícita.
- Diseñar, formalizar y dar seguimiento a políticas y procesos relacionados con FCPA, donativos, fondo naranja y anticorrupción.
- Realizar investigaciones y screenings de proveedores, clientes y terceros clave, incluyendo revisiones periódicas ante listas restrictivas (OFAC).
- Emitir criterios y recomendaciones al negocio sobre la viabilidad de actividades o decisiones desde la perspectiva de cumplimiento.
- Coordinar entrenamientos anuales obligatorios y capacitaciones focalizadas para asociados y proveedores en temas de cumplimiento, anticorrupción y prevención.
- Asegurar la alineación de procesos internos al Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción y a actualizaciones regulatorias aplicables.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Derecho (título y cédula indispensables).
- Experiencia comprobable de más de 6 años en un puesto similar, preferentemente en compañías de retail o despachos legales como asociado(a).
- Inglés Avanzado.
- Derecho regulatorio.
- Desarrollo de programas de cumplimiento globales.
- Prevención antilavado de dinero (AML o PLD).
- Área de compliance en empresa internacional.
- Programas de FCPA (ejecución).
