We are currently recruiting for candidates to join our team supporting Oracle Primavera Unifier Applications. This is an entry level position and training will be provided. Work will be performed from a Home-based office and is 100% remote.

Description

As a professional with Gaea Global, you will be on the team that will be a key part of a large Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management implementation, including training, and project controls.

The day-to-day duties and responsibilities will revolve around gathering functional and technical requirements from our clients, then finding and recommending solutions in the Capital and Operations aspects of all construction processes.

In short, you will be directly involved in the software implementation process.

Requires a Bachelors' Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Information Technology.

Internships and/or related projects in Construction Management a plus.

Requires excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

This position may require candidates to travel in the future within LATAM.

You must have a detailed understanding of developing and maintaining project plans in a complex engineering & construction environment. You will analyze impacts to project, Impact Analysis, clarify dependencies, constraints, assumptions, evaluate and administer scope change requests. You will formulate and write detailed functional specifications from customer requirements. You will also recommend and design solutions based on Oracle Primavera suite, to solve construction and engineering management problems from an owner’s perspective.

You will be utilizing your knowledge of Construction Management and marrying it up with data analysis to solve problems around Project scheduling, resource, labor and materials management, Risk and Issue mitigation.
