Salary: MXN $20,000 gross/month + variable compensation of up to MXN $13,000 gross/month based on results. Statutory and additional benefits.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Adobe Sales Specialist with previous hands-on experience selling Adobe products and solutions .

The position will be responsible for supporting the development of Adobe business opportunities, identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products and licensing options, preparing quotations, following up on opportunities and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional who already has experience within the Adobe commercial ecosystem and wants to continue developing a career in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Adobe products, licenses and solutions to customers and/or channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate Adobe products and licensing alternatives.
• Generate and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
• Manage assigned leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on renewals, new licenses, upgrades and additional Adobe solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and business partners throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline information.
• Meet established sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal commercial, licensing and technical teams when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe's portfolio, licensing programs, promotions and commercial offering.
• Provide customer service and commercial follow-up in both English and Spanish .

Mandatory Requirements

• Previous experience selling Adobe products or solutions — mandatory.
• Approximately 1–3 years of commercial, inside sales or technology sales experience .
• Knowledge of the Adobe portfolio and experience discussing its products with customers.
• Experience preparing quotations and following up on commercial opportunities.
• Customer-facing sales experience.
• Advanced English , with the ability to conduct business conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets and variable compensation.

Experience within a technology distributor, reseller, VAR, licensing partner or software company would be particularly relevant.
