Team Overview

As Campaign & Market Senior Analyst at DiDi, you will turn large‑scale mobility and platform data into clear performance insights that directly drive growth and campaign strategies. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end campaign measurement, market diagnosis, and cross‑functional performance reporting that support both operation team and leadership.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and delivery of campaign measurement frameworks, producing dashboards for result tracking and campaign selections.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Product teams to translate analytical findings into optimized campaign tactics, and go‑to‑market strategies that drive measurable uplifts.
• Own stakeholder communication for analytics outcomes, producing clear executive‑ready briefings and playbooks that enable local teams to replicate successful tactics at country and city scales.
• Develop and maintain city diagnosis models that quantify business initiatives and results, transfer them into actionable plans.

Role Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical skills: Demonstrated proficiency with SQL for large‑scale data extraction, Python or R for statistical modeling, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset) to create automated dashboards.
• Analytics experience: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or growth analytics at a consumer internet, mobility, or marketplace company.
• Business acumen: Strong understanding of performance marketing levers, campaign measurement, and unit economics in two‑sided marketplace environments, with experience translating metrics into budget and product recommendations.
• Communication and influence: Clear storytelling skills with experience presenting complex analyses to senior stakeholders and regional teams, and the ability to drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Personal qualities: Results‑driven, detail‑oriented, comfortable working in a fast‑paced matrix organization, and adaptable to shifting priorities across multiple countries and product lines.
