About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate integral delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India. You will align five workstreams, manage cross-regional dependencies, run Agile ceremonies, and provide executive-level reporting on velocity, budget, and milestones in a regulated financial services environment.

What You Will Do

• Global Coordination: Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24x7 progression.
• Workstream Alignment: Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains.
• Governance Reporting: Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.

Must Haves

• 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs.
• Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments.
• Capable of independently managing teams across multiple products/projects.
• Coaches organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and provides expert advice on project management practices without oversight.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
