Este no es un rol de recursos humanos. Es un rol comercial.
Misión
Prospectar, conectar y cerrar la incorporación de perfiles ejecutivos como Socios Comerciales.
Responsabilidades
- Prospección activa en LinkedIn, eventos de networking, cámaras de comercio y referidos
- Conducir entrevistas de venta con enfoque consultivo: identificar ambiciones, presentar la firma como el vehículo para lograrlas
- Gestión del embudo de conversión con seguimiento impecable y CRM actualizado
- Cierre de incorporación: documentación, entrega motivada al área de inducción
Perfil
- Trayectoria comprobable en ventas: bienes raíces, B2B, intangibles, membresías o similar
- Alta tolerancia a la frustración y orientación clara a resultados
- Habilidad genuina para generar confianza y leer lo que mueve a las personas
- Visión de negocios: sabes proyectar autoridad y hablar el lenguaje del emprendimiento
No se requiere experiencia en seguros ni en RH. La industria la enseñamos nosotros.
