Descripción del empleoResponsable de la gestión del plan anual de entrenamiento de los empleados sindicalizados, teniendo en cuenta los requisitos de la organización. Garantizar la alineación con los objetivos de la organización, el cumplimiento de los requisitos internos y externos y el desarrollo de las habilidades y competencias de los empleados. Esta función incluye la coordinación de las sesiones de formación, seguimiento y registro.
- Responsable de planear y organizar entrenamientos y asegurarse de cumplir con las directivas internas, procedimientos y STPS. (incluyendo contacto con formadores externos, partes interesadas internas, flujos de aprobación y facturación).
- Mantener relaciones con la organización global de entrenamiento, HRBPs, partes interesadas y los respectivos proveedores de entrenamientos internos y externos para garantizar el despliegue oportuno y de calidad de todos los cursos para apoyar los requisitos
- Compartir reporte de seguimiento a procesos en entrenamiento iniciales o de recertificación a los responsables de proceso
Escolaridad
- Carrera profesional concluida en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración.
Experiencia
- Experiencia mínima de 1 a 3 años en capacitación, entrenamiento técnico, desarrollo de personal o procesos de manufactura.
- Deseable experiencia en industria automotriz o manufactura.
Conocimientos
- Gestión de competencias y matrices de habilidades.
- Procesos de capacitación y desarrollo de personal.
- Manejo de indicadores y elaboración de reportes.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI deseable).
- Sistemas de gestión de entrenamiento y documentación.
- Conocimientos básicos de procesos de manufactura.
