En Laboratorios Silanes buscamos a nuestro próximo Financial Business Partner Comercial , quien tendrá la misión de convertirse en el socio estratégico del negocio, generando análisis financieros, pronósticos e insights que impulsen la toma de decisiones y fortalezcan la rentabilidad de nuestras unidades comerciales.
Alcance del puesto
• Ser el Business Partner financiero de las unidades de negocio de Gobierno, LATAM, Vitaminas, Fabos y Trade.
• Colaborar estrechamente con líderes comerciales, Gerentes de Producto, Finanzas Estratégicas, FP&A y áreas clave para identificar riesgos, oportunidades y eficiencias.
¿Qué harás?
• Analizar el desempeño financiero-comercial, identificando variaciones, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
• Construir forecasts independientes y participar activamente en los procesos de planeación financiera del negocio.
• Generar análisis ejecutivos e insights accionables para la Alta Dirección y equipos comerciales.
• Desarrollar reportes y tableros en Excel y Power BI que fortalezcan la toma de decisiones y el seguimiento del desempeño comercial.
✅ Lo que buscamos en ti
• Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Contaduría, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afín (titulado). Deseable maestría o especialización en Finanzas o Business Analytics.
• Más de 5 años de experiencia como Financial Business Partner, Sales Finance, Finanzas Estratégicas o posiciones similares dentro de industria Farmacéutica
• Experiencia en análisis financiero-comercial, P&L, forecast, identificación de riesgos y oportunidades, y colaboración con áreas comerciales.
• Manejo avanzado de Excel y experiencia con Power BI o herramientas de visualización de datos.
• Conocimiento de SAP e industria farmacéutica (deseable).
• Competencias: pensamiento estratégico, influencia y negociación, enfoque a resultados, colaboración transversal, alfabetización de datos y comunicación efectiva.
