Junior Marketing & Sales Manager

Buscamos un/a Junior Marketing & Sales Manager para unirse presencialmente a nuestro equipo en Ciudad de México.
La posición combina Marketing Digital y gestión comercial , con un foco aproximado de:
- 60% Ventas: seguimiento de leads y actividad del Call Center, revisión de conversiones y detección de oportunidades de mejora.
- 40% Marketing: seguimiento de campañas, contenidos, redes sociales y SEO, trabajando junto a nuestra agencia externa.
¿Qué harás?
- Dar seguimiento a los leads y resultados del Call Center .
- Revisar métricas de ventas, conversión y calidad de leads.
- Coordinar el día a día con la agencia de marketing.
- Dar seguimiento a campañas de Google Ads, Meta Ads y otros canales digitales .
- Revisar contenidos para redes sociales y web.
- Apoyar en acciones de SEO y posicionamiento orgánico .
- Preparar reportes sencillos y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
- Coordinar con los equipos de Marketing y Ventas para mejorar resultados.
¿Qué buscamos?
- 1–3 años de experiencia en Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth, Sales Operations o similar.
- Experiencia en fintech, banca, seguros, eCommerce o automoción .
- Conocimientos de Marketing Digital y Performance .
- Perfil organizado, analítico y muy orientado a la ejecución.
- Interés por la parte comercial y por trabajar con métricas.
- Capacidad para trabajar con agencias y diferentes equipos.
- Inglés profesional.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Lunes a viernes, 9:00–17:00 h .
- Trabajo 100% presencial en Ciudad de México, Cuauhtémoc.
- Rango salarial: 30–35k brutos mensuales.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a España durante 2 semanas para formación inicial (será necesario contar con pasaporte vigente).
- Desarrollo profesional dentro de una empresa financiera en crecimiento.
