We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Operations team and lead the coordination and end-to-end asset production for digital media campaigns. You will ensure operational control, quality, and traceability for high-volume deliverables while guaranteeing strict compliance with briefs, technical specifications, and timelines.

This is a highly structured, collaborative, and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in managing process flows, trackers, and quality controls. The ideal candidate combines logical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and proactive risk management to ensure every digital asset moves smoothly from request to final delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Build and maintain work plans, timelines, task assignments, and key milestones, turning every request into clear action items with defined delivery criteria.
• Receive and validate production requests, ensuring all required details, materials, and technical specifications are present before kickoff.
• Coordinate and monitor the full asset creation and adaptation lifecycle: assignment, production, review, corrections, approvals, and final delivery.
• Manage high volumes of assets, versions, languages, products, markets, channels, and formats while maintaining clear feedback traceability and closing pending items.
• Proactively identify, anticipate, and escalate risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, or scope changes in a timely manner.

What Will Help You Succeed

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, digital production, creative operations, asset adaptation, or content management.
• Proven experience creating work plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and operational documentation with multiple concurrent deliverables and deadlines.
• Exceptional organization and operational discipline, with the ability to manage high-volume requests, matrices, and tracking tools.
• Familiarity with digital asset adaptation, QA workflows, and basic specs for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Programmatic, and Display platforms.
• Hands-on experience with project management or creative tools (e.g., Storyteq, Monday, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Workfront, or COR) and intermediate proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail, logical thinking, and strong communication skills to maintain clear agreements and process documentation.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in media agencies, technology projects, e-commerce, or retail media is a plus.
