Teads has an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation and digital advertising to join our team, based in Mexico City.

This role will be responsible for the development and execution of the Teads LATAM brand, communication strategy and marketing initiatives to broaden our visibility within the Mexican and Brazilian market. The role will be directly responsible for ensuring Teads achieve strong consumer awareness and critical acclaim on a continuous basis.

As the Senior Marketing Manager , you will be a dedicated business leader shaping the regional strategy for Teads across LATAM. Reporting directly to the Head of EMEA & LATAM Marketing, you will partner closely with the Managing Directors and Heads of Sales in Mexico and Brazil. This role balances strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to drive key initiatives and projects forward. We are looking for an ambitious, highly articulate marketer with a passion for communications and an established network within the AdTech and online advertising industry.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Drive the regional marketing strategy in close collaboration with the Mexico/Brazil Managing Directors and Head of EMEA & LATAM Marketing, managing all local forecasting, budgeting, and ROI tracking.
• Content & Communications: Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing materials for advertisers, agencies, and publishers, including client newsletters, social campaigns, campaign collateral, and sales enablement assets.
• PR & Media Relations: Build and execute local PR strategies across press, broadcast, and print to elevate Teads’ brand profile; draft press releases and cultivate relationships with key industry media.
• Global Brand Alignment: Ensure all regional campaigns, collateral, and local messaging align seamlessly with Teads’ global marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Intelligence and Publishing teams to ensure all collateral and content meet commercial needs and market demands.
• Event Strategy & Management: Plan and execute Teads’ presence at regional events and high-profile industry exhibitions, ensuring smooth delivery, budget compliance, and clear ROI measurement.
• Marketing Assets: Maintain, update, and localize core brand assets, including sales decks, case studies, and media kits (print and digital).

Key Skills & Attributes

• Senior Communications & Marketing Expertise: professional experience executing integrated communications strategies across media, websites, publications, digital marketing, social media, and events.
• Media Relations & PR Strategy: Proven track record in an advertising environment, including media strategy development, press release creation, and maintaining strong journalist/media relationships.
• Brand, Agency & Sales Enablement: Experience collaborating with senior marketers at global brands and agencies; background supporting and enabling sales teams is a distinct advantage.
• Event & Campaign Delivery: Extensive event management experience with a creative approach to leading campaigns from concept through to final delivery.
• Project & Resource Management: Highly organized with exceptional planning skills; proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, prioritize effectively, and allocate resources under tight deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management & Influence: Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with demonstrated experience working alongside senior leadership and external partners.
• Work Style & Agility: A proactive, diligent self-starter who thrives under pressure, managing diverse tasks simultaneously with a flexible, pragmatic attitude and high attention to detail.
• Languages & Written Communication: Excellent writing skills with bilingual fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
• Digital Platforms: Hands-on experience leveraging social media platforms (specifically LinkedIn) to drive communications goals.

Experience & Background:

• 8–10 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within an advertising, AdTech, or media agency environment.
• Proven track record across the full communications mix including media relations, content, social media, digital publications, and events.
• Extensive experience developing PR strategies, drafting press releases, and cultivating strong relationships with key industry media.
• Comfortable working alongside senior leadership and engaging key decision-makers at agencies and global brands.
• Sales Enablement: Demonstrated experience supporting and empowering sales teams with high-impact collateral and campaigns (a strong plus).
• Event Execution: Proven experience managing and delivering high-visibility events from concept through evaluation.
• Project & Resource Management: Highly organized with exceptional project management skills; proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize under pressure, and drive campaigns from end to end.
• Social Media Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to amplify brand presence (an advantage).
• Mindset: A creative, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment with high attention to detail.
• Languages: Native/fluent written and spoken English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
