Tipo de contrato: Tiempo completo.

¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia comprobable de 1 a 2 años en puestos similares en giro retail.
Preparatoria concluida
Manejo de personal.
Manejo de indicadores (KPI's)
Trabajo en equipo
Disponibilidad de horario.
Principales responsabilidades:
Apertura y cierre de tienda.
Capacitación: serás responsable del seguimiento de la capacitación en sistemas y cumplimiento de cursos asignados de tu equipo de trabajo.
Exhibición y acomodo: asegurar la correcta exhibición de producto conforme a los lineamientos.
Colocación de productos diversos: ofrecer la opción de compra e incentivar y supervisar la venta cruzada.
Atención al cliente en tienda.
Limpieza y orden de la tienda y bodega.
Realizar auditorías y administrar garantías en sucursal.
Control de valores.
