IT BRM - Retail and Supply Chain

Sobre el rol:
Serás el enlace estratégico entre Negocio y Tecnología, asegurando que las soluciones tecnológicas impulsen los objetivos de la organización. Liderarás un equipo responsable de analizar, diseñar, documentar y optimizar los procesos de la Cadena de Valor, garantizando su correcta implementación y mejora continua entre ambas áreas.

¿Qué debes hacer para llegar a la meta?
- Diseñar y estandarizar los procesos de Cadena de Valor y sus interacciones con otras áreas.
- Anticipar necesidades del negocio e impulsar innovaciones digitales (automatización y optimización de procesos).
- Participar en la planeación tecnológica y roadmap para retail y wholesale.
- Gestionar el portafolio de proyectos e iniciativas transversales.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (desarrollo de software, soporte técnico, infraestructura).
- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Jefaturas de Procesos.
- Promover una cultura de servicio, eficiencia y mejora continua.
¿Qué debes dominar?
- +5 años de experiencia implementando soluciones tecnológicas para Supply Chain, Inventarios, Compras o procesos operativos relacionados.
- Experiencia en industria retail.
- Mentalidad hands-on para impulsar prioridades con criterio, colaboración y facilidad para generar confianza con equipos y stakeholders.
- +3 años de experiencia liderando equipos, desarrollando talento y generando claridad, confianza y foco para asegurar una ejecución consistente.
- Ingeniería en Sistemas, Lic. Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín.
- Inglés avanzado indispensable.
- Deseable: Conocimientos en SAP S/4HANA.
