About the role

This isn't a traditional collections job. As an AR Automation Specialist, you'll work directly inside our platform to manage accounts receivable workflows for enterprise clients — and in doing so, you'll be on the front lines of training and improving our AI models.

You'll learn how world-class AR operations work, identify where automation breaks down, and help us make it better. If you're recently graduated, analytical, and excited about the intersection of finance and technology, this role was built for you.

What you'll do

• Manage AR workflows for enterprise clients using the ARMS platform
• Monitor invoice status, flag overdue accounts, and trigger automated follow-up sequences
• Investigate payment disputes, discrepancies, and deductions — and resolve them efficiently
• Identify patterns in payment behavior and escalate anomalies
• Annotate, validate, and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs to improve model accuracy
• Document edge cases and process gaps to help the product team improve automation coverage
• Collaborate with client success and product teams to surface insights from daily operations
• Track KPIs like DSO, aging, and collection rates across assigned accounts

What we're looking for

• Recent graduate (2023–2025) from a top university — engineering, finance, economics, data, or related field
• Genuinely curious about how technology automates complex processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools
• Clear communicator — written and verbal, in both Spanish and English
• Eager to learn, fast to adapt, and not afraid to flag what isn't working

What will make you stand out

• Experience with ERP systems, data analysis tools, or automation platforms (even academic)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts — you don't need to be an engineer, just curious
• Any exposure to finance, accounting, or business operations (internships, projects, coursework)
