Strategic Purchasing & Materials Lead
Plasticos Castella SA
Plasticos Castella SA in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Lead Purchasing Staff member to manage the Purchasing team, implement supply chain strategies, and optimize material costs. You will be responsible for recruitment, performance management, and team development within the purchasing function.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, three to five years of relevant experience, and preferably a degree in Materials Management or Business Administration. Strong leadership skills and a focus on compliance and cost management are essential.
