Continuous Improvement Leader - Lean Manufacturing

Brio Energy

Leggett & Platt Incorporated is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive manufacturing performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead safety-first initiatives, manage CI budgets, and partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership to sustain improvements.

The role emphasizes developing an annual Operational Excellence plan, training staff, and supporting root cause analysis and problem solving across the facility.
