Sr Full Stack Engineer Java & React.js (Hybrid in CDMX)

Your role

The role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting modern cloud-native applications using microservices architecture, REST APIs, containerized deployments, and agile delivery practices. 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
• Build and support Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Deliver production-ready code following secure coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering quality initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and operational processes.
• Support onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle technology capabilities

Your profile

• Backend Development: Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST API Development, Hibernate/JPA, Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns
• Frontend Development: ReactJS , JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Database Technologies: PostgreSQL, SQL Query Optimization, Database Design
• Cloud & Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• DevOps & Automation: Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube
• Testing : JUnit, Mockito, Integration Testing, API Testing
• Financial Services Experience. Banking Technology Platforms. Client Onboarding Systems
• Agile Scrum Methodology

Preferred skills:

• Kafka, Event Driven Architecture. Terraform. Helm. OpenShift. Splunk. Dynatrace. ELK Stack. OAuth2 / OpenID Connect. API Gateway Technologies
• KYC (Know Your Customer). AML (Anti-Money Laundering). Customer Due Diligence (CDD). Digital Banking. Client Lifecycle Management
