E-commerce Operation Specialist

We are assisting our joint venture partner in filling this role. Please note that the joint venture company will manage all interviews and make the final hiring decision.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily store operations across cross-border e-commerce platforms, including Mercado Libre, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart.

2. Conduct product listing creation and optimization (title, keywords, images, product descriptions, etc.) to continuously improve product exposure and conversion rates. Possess solid awareness and practical capabilities in keyword layout and conversion improvement.

3. Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including shipment arrangement, logistics tracking, and exception handling, to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

4. Resolve after-sales issues such as customer inquiries, complaints, returns and exchanges, so as to improve store ratings and overall customer satisfaction.

5. Regularly analyze sales performance, traffic data and competitor dynamics, and propose targeted operational optimization strategies.

6. Cooperate with online marketing activities, including promotions, discount campaigns and ad placements, to boost sales volume and improve store weight and platform ranking.

7. Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics and supply chain teams to ensure stable inventory management and smooth shipment operations.

8. Keep updated with the latest platform rules and policy changes, adjust operational strategies timely, and effectively reduce platform violation risks.

9. Learn and proficiently operate the company’s ERP system (professional training will be provided by the company).

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of cross-border e-commerce operation experience, familiar with the operation procedures of Mercado Libre, Amazon, TikTok Shop or Walmart. Candidates with Mercado Libre and Amazon operation experience are highly preferred.

2. Familiar with the full-cycle e-commerce operation workflow, including product listing, pricing strategy, inventory management, order delivery, after-sales service and return processing.

3. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Marketing or related fields are preferred.

Technical & Soft Skills

1. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables and other common functions) with basic data analysis capabilities to support operational decision-making.

2. Skilled in using Canva or similar graphic design tools for basic image editing and product picture optimization.

3. English language proficiency is a plus.
