Job Overview

As a Live Streaming Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting daily livestream operations, ensuring smooth execution of live sessions, engaging audiences, and helping drive sales performance on TikTok Shop.

You will work closely with hosts, content creators, advertising teams, and e-commerce operators to create an engaging and high-converting livestream experience.

Key Responsibilities

Livestream Operations & Execution

• Support the daily operation and on-site management of TikTok Shop livestreams.
• Coordinate livestream flow and assist hosts throughout live sessions.
• Manage livestream pacing, product transitions, and audience engagement activities.
• Monitor livestream performance and resolve real-time operational issues to ensure smooth broadcasts.

Product & Campaign Support

• Assist with product setup, product showcases, and promotional campaign execution during livestreams.
• Develop a strong understanding of product features, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve livestream conversion performance and sales results.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor key livestream metrics in real time, including:
• Viewership
• Click-Through Rate (CTR)
• Conversion Rate (CVR)
• Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)
• Analyze performance data and make operational adjustments to improve results.
• Support post-livestream reviews and performance reporting.

Audience Engagement

• Maintain an active and engaging livestream environment.
• Respond to audience questions and comments in a timely manner.
• Help increase viewer retention, engagement, and purchase intent.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with livestream hosts, content creators, advertising teams, and e-commerce operations teams.
• Participate in livestream planning, execution, and post-event optimization discussions.
• Support the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in livestream operations, e-commerce operations, social media management, retail sales, customer engagement, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Live, or other livestreaming platforms.
• Strong interest in live commerce, e-commerce, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible livestream schedules.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• English proficiency is a must.
