Offline Events Project Owner

Are you passionate about bringing brands to life through unforgettable offline experiences?

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Offline Events Project Owner to lead the planning and execution of large-scale brand activations. In this role, you'll take full ownership of offline marketing initiatives, from concept development to flawless on-site execution, ensuring every event delivers strong brand impact and business results.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end execution of offline marketing projects, including pop-up stores, brand activations, campus events, music festivals, and experiential campaigns.
• Own project planning, timelines, budgets, vendor management, logistics, production, and event delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high execution standards.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams to translate campaign objectives into engaging offline experiences.
• Coordinate external vendors, agencies, suppliers, and event partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Develop scalable processes and best practices for future offline activations.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, event marketing, or offline campaign leadership.
• Advanced English
• Proven track record of independently leading large-scale offline events and activations.
• Strong experience managing pop-up stores, experiential marketing campaigns, festivals, or similar event formats.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience within fashion, retail, FMCG, or consumer brands.
• Experience managing multi-city or cross-market campaigns.
• Strong understanding of consumer engagement and brand experience design.
• Experience working with production agencies, vendors, and external event partners.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives and measurable business impact.
