Talent Relations Specialist — HR & Compliance (Hybrid)

3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Talent Relations Specialist to coordinate employee relations, maintain records, and support local and global Talent initiatives. The role collaborates with Latam Talent and finance teams and manages HRIS data to ensure compliant and efficient processes.
Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding documentation, benefits administration, and advising employees on policies and labor law. A hybrid work arrangement is supported in this role.
