About Fullsite

Fullsite is building the AI operating system for restaurants.

Instead of simply replacing the traditional POS, we're building a platform that combines point of sale, kitchen operations, payments, inventory, analytics, and autonomous AI agents into a single operating system that helps restaurants make better decisions every day.

We already have our first restaurant running in production and are preparing for our first full migration from a legacy POS system. We're now looking for a founding teammate to help build the commercial side of the company and shape the future of the business.

About the Role

This is not a traditional job.

We're looking for a Co-Founder who wants to help build a venture-scale company from the ground up.

You'll work directly with the founder on product strategy, customer acquisition, sales, partnerships, fundraising, hiring, and company building.

Your focus will be helping Fullsite achieve product-market fit, close early customers, and scale the business.

Every week will look different. Some days you'll be meeting restaurant owners, other days you'll be refining the product roadmap, pitching investors, hiring talent, or helping define company strategy.

If you're looking for structure and predictable work, this probably isn't the right opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and early sales.
• Meet with restaurant owners and operators.
• Lead customer discovery and product validation.
• Develop go-to-market strategies.
• Build strategic partnerships.
• Help define product priorities based on customer feedback.
• Support fundraising and investor conversations.
• Help recruit future team members.
• Work directly with the founder on company strategy.
• Do whatever it takes to build the company.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong sales and relationship-building ability.
• High ownership and bias toward execution.
• Comfortable working in uncertainty.
• Full-time availability.
• Able to work on-site in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.

Nice to Have

• Startup or founder experience.
• B2B SaaS experience.
• Product management experience.
• Technical background or the ability to work closely with engineers.
• Experience in fundraising, consulting, growth, or business development.
• Restaurant technology experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

This is an equity-first founding role .

At this stage, there is no salary .

We currently have our first production customer and are focused on growing the company before founder compensation.

We're looking for someone who believes in building long-term value and is excited about owning a meaningful part of the company rather than optimizing for short-term compensation.
