AMERICAS AREA Electrical Solutions Sales Manager Based in Mexico City

一、岗位职责 | Responsibilities

• 负责电气产品及系统解决方案的市场拓展与销售，实现销售目标
• Develop and drive sales of electrical products and integrated solutions to achieve targets
• 深入理解客户需求，制定并提供定制化电气解决方案
• Understand customer needs and provide customized electrical solutions
• 负责项目全流程跟进，包括方案设计、报价、投标及商务谈判
• Manage the full project cycle, including solution design, quotation, bidding, and negotiations
• 协调内部技术、供应链及交付团队，确保项目顺利执行
• Internal Coordination with engineering, supply chain, and delivery teams to ensure project execution
• 维护重点客户关系，拓展行业资源（如新能源、工业、电力等）
• Maintain key customer relationships and expand industry networks (e.g., renewable energy, industrial, power sectors)
• 收集市场信息与竞争动态，支持公司业务决策
• Collect market intelligence and support business strategy

二、任职要求 | Qualifications

• 电气工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3–8年电气行业销售或解决方案经验（配电/自动化优先）
• 3–8 years of experience in electrical sales or solution roles (power distribution/automation preferred)
• 熟悉电气产品及系统（如开关柜、变压器、保护系统等）
• Familiar with electrical products and systems (e.g., switchgear, transformers, protection systems)
• 具备良好的商务谈判及客户管理能力
• Strong commercial negotiation and customer management skills
• 具备项目管理经验，能推动复杂项目落地
• Proven project management capability with the ability to drive complex projects
• 具备良好的英语沟通能力（跨国业务优先）
• Good English communication skills (experience in international business is a plus)

• 有新能源（光伏/储能）或大型项目经验
• Experience in renewable energy (solar/storage) or large-scale projects
