TCS is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as a Videoconference Support Engineer:

Required Skills:

• 4–8+ years in CPaaS, UCaaS, cloud communications, or platform support
• Strong expertise in Cisco Webex CPaaS architecture
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON
• Deep understanding of enterprise messaging ecosystems and regulations
• Experience with security, compliance, and audit readiness
• Ability to lead customer discussions and technical escalations

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex delivery issues across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and Webex Messaging
• Analyze DLR failures, carrier issues, throttling, and regulatory blocks
• Optimize channel routing, retries, and failover strategies
• API & Workflow Orchestration
• Template Design & Governance
• User, Tenant & Identity Management
• Security & Compliance
• Analytics, Reporting & SLA Management
• Coordinate with Cisco TAC, carriers, and third-party vendors

**Work modality: Hybrid **

Candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to Querétaro (it will be requested to attend office at least 3 days per week).
