Temporary Order Management

The Order Management Associate handles the entry of distributor orders into the order management system and provides order maintenance as required.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Receive purchase orders electronically from distributors or approved purchasers and enter them into the order management system.


• Enter sample orders for internal customers in various non-commercial groups.


• International Shipment Coordinator – prepares export documents for freight carriers and coordinates shipments.


• EDI Administrator – manages the auto ship and debit account correction process for EDI system orders and resolves order-related discrepancies.


• Namer – distributes workload from the customer service mailbox into different workflow queues.


• Handle pricing and availability inquiries, as well as cross-reference requests from customers.


• Order Follow-up – Provide follow-up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery; resolve issues related to delivery delays, price discrepancies, part number changes, etc.


• Additional Transactions – Process expedites, document reprints, creation of certificates of compliance, and other required documentation.

Qualifications

• Required Degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Years of Experience: 1-3 years.


• Fluent English required.
