Key Responsibilities

• Lead Micron’s Mexico operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, values, & governance.
• Drive operational performance across productivity, quality, engagement, & financial outcomes.
• Serve as the primary connection & escalation point between Mexico operations & global leadership.
• Act as Micron’s senior external representative with federal, state, & local government, industry, & academic partners.
• Lead executive-level government engagement, partnerships, & grant activities.
• Serve as legal representative for Micron Semiconductor Mexico (MSM) & ensure regulatory & corporate compliance.
• Own site-level financial & operational stewardship, including budgets, CapEx, real estate, & facilities.
• Lead sustainable, multi-year site growth & support large-scale hiring & onboarding in partnership with HR & Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience supporting & enabling a matrix engineering organization, balancing local site needs with global functional priorities.
• Strong operations, engineering, manufacturing or site leadership background with executive credibility.
• Experience leading teams in Mexico; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Executive-level government & external stakeholder engagement experience.
• Demonstrated success leading rapid growth, transformation, & large-scale operations.
• Strong financial, compliance, & regulatory knowledge.
• Exceptional communication & stakeholder management across cultures.
