Location: Mexico City, Mexico

We are a 100% Mexican company currently launching the online division of our business. With a strong physical presence of over 300 retail locations and monthly sales exceeding $10M USD on Amazon, we are entering an exciting growth phase.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this startup division focused on the manufacturing and distribution of vitamins and supplements . The mission is ambitious: scale the business to $100M USD in monthly revenue by the end of 2028 .

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the growth strategy for the e-commerce division
• Scale revenue across digital channels, including marketplaces and direct-to-consumer
• Develop and lead high-performing teams across marketing, operations, and sales
• Drive brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
• Ensure operational excellence across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as CEO, General Manager, or senior executive in high-growth companies
• Strong background in E-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), digital marketing, and advertising
• Track record of scaling revenue aggressively
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• Advanced English proficiency
