Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer (Marketing & Customer Service) - ADVANCED ENGLISH

Location: Mexico (100% Remote)
Contract: 12-Month Independent Contractor Position (High Likelihood of Extension)
Schedule: Mexico CST Hours
️ English Level: Advanced/Fluent
Requirements- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE experience.
- Strong experience with:
- Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Power Platform and Power Automate
- C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Dynamics Plugins and Custom Workflows
- REST APIs and OAuth integrations
- Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, APIM, Key Vault, Managed Identity, Application Insights, and KQL
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Configure Marketing and Customer Service modules.
- Build integrations using Azure services and APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical reviews, and solution design discussions.
Applicants must be based in Mexico and have advanced English communication skills.
