Senior Digital Business Analyst — Salesforce & Commerce
C01 Carrier Corporation
Carrier is seeking a Sr. Digital Business Analyst to join the Digital Sales & Service team in Monterrey. You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance customer experience and enable sales across the enterprise.
You will gather requirements, facilitate Agile processes, support project delivery, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with global teams, especially across the United States.
