GOSECO International Executive Search has been exclusively retained by a confidential, rapidly growing multinational organization to identify an exceptional Director of Recruitment to lead Talent Acquisition strategy and recruitment operations across North America.
This is a unique opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruitment executive who thrives in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments and enjoys partnering directly with executive leadership in the United States to build scalable recruitment organizations that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
As Director of Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and continuously improving Talent Acquisition across multiple locations throughout North America.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with aggressive organizational growth objectives.
- Partner directly with executive leadership and corporate stakeholders in the United States to forecast workforce requirements and develop long‑term talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, and Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Drive full‑cycle recruitment for professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions across multiple business units.
- Build scalable recruitment processes that improve quality of hire, reduce time‑to‑fill, and strengthen candidate experience.
- Design innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking, employee referrals, AI‑powered recruiting technologies, and market intelligence.
- Analyze recruiting metrics including quality of hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, recruiter productivity, cost‑per‑hire, and time‑to‑fill.
- Improve employee retention through strategic hiring practices and stronger candidate selection methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and applicable employment regulations.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at networking events, universities, industry conferences, and career fairs.
- Foster strong partnerships with business leaders while serving as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
- Proven success leading recruitment organizations within dynamic, high‑growth, or rapidly changing environments.
- Experience managing recruitment teams supporting multiple locations throughout Mexico.
- Experience recruiting within or supporting the United States market strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience reporting directly to executive leadership or corporate headquarters based in the United States.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing recruiters into high‑performing teams.
- Advanced experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, dashboards, and talent acquisition technologies.
- Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
