Training Intern.
Responsabilidades:
- Generación de RFQ (IMS Teams) y PR's en OA-TAS para compra de Cursos con Proveedores Externos y material didáctico. Seguimiento desde la cotización hasta la liberación de la PO y entrega en el área, envío de facturas a proveedores, registro interno, reportes, etc.
- Monitoreo del Plan Anual de Capacitación.
- Actualización de Monitoreo de Actividades de Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación.
- Captura de Registros de Capacitación y Reportes de Expedientes del Personal.
- Captura de Pases de Salida en JNET.
- Soporte en los Eventos Internos de Integración de JTC/SSC
Requisitos:
- Ser estudiante activo en alguna de las carreras :Comunicación,Psicología
- Administración,Pedagogía,Trabajo Social o afines. A partir de 6to semestre
- Microsoft Office
- Sistemas de Calidad (básico)
- Normatividad y Reglamentación Mexicana (básico)
- Estándares de Capacitación (básico)
- Inglés Intermedio
- Planeación
- Habilidades de comunicación
- Trabajo en equipo
- Proactividad

Horario: Lunes a Viernes 8:00 am a 3:00 pm (flexible).
