• Highly hands-on, proactive, and comfortable owning end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage an average of 10 roles per month in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, well-organised, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative mindset.
