Importante organización global se encuentra en búsqueda de un IT Service Delivery Manager LATAM , responsable de liderar un Centro Regional de Servicios de TI con alcance en México, Colombia y Panamá, dentro de un modelo global de Service Desk que brinda soporte a más de 5,000 usuarios a nivel mundial.
Requisitos:Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información, Ingeniería en Sistemas o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando equipos de Service Desk, IT Operations o Service Delivery.
- Conocimiento sólido en ITSM e ITIL.
- Certificación ITIL Foundation (o disponibilidad para obtenerla dentro de los primeros 90 días).
- Experiencia trabajando con ServiceNow o plataformas similares.
- Experiencia gestionando equipos regionales o globales.
- Conocimiento de métricas operativas y mejora continua.
Inglés avanzado para interacción constante con equipos internacionales
